While attending culinary school in 2012 at Columbia College in Sonora California an idea was born amongst friends to create a culinary team and company. The Simple Touch Team creates dishes with the ingredients in mind that will shine from bbq, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, and American Cuisines.

Executive Chef and owner Marc Martinez attended culinary school in 2012-2014 at Columbia College in Sonora California. There he met his Executive Sous Chef Paul Roseman and Chef de Cuisine Mike Harris. Their backgrounds range from commercial food preparation to high end restaurant style desserts. Their event experience range from a 2 person romantic dinner setting to a hospital Christmas dinner for 1,500 volunteers.

Simple Touch Catering was created with the notion that "simple is more"where they are based out of Lodi, California, right in the middle of wine country. There are many aspects to Simple Touch Catering. Call us to discuss a menu for your specific event. We don't have a set menu as we believe that takes away from that personal touch of our relationship with our clients. Our menus are designed specifically for you and your event.
We also have connections for DJ's, photographers, bounce houses, photo booths, wine tours, wine 101 classes and cooking classes. If you don't see it here just ask and we will see how we can assist you for your event.
